Integration Coaching
What is integration and why is it important?
Integration is the process of assimilating the insights gained from mind-expanding journeys into everyday life. Integration is truly the heart of the work. In essence, the journey opens the door to insight, and the individual then needs to do the work of incorporating those insights into their day-to-day life to fully benefit from the experience.
All Wisdom Within meditation experiences include integration. While some sessions, such as breathwork, include integration at the end of the session itself, others include one or more follow-up integration coaching sessions. In one-on-one integration coaching sessions, you receive highly individualized support and guidance to ensure that the profound insights and healing potential of your experience is effectively incorporated into your daily life, leading to sustained personal growth and well-being.
We are committed to building a long-term partnership with you to support your growth and transformation. After the initial integration sessions are completed, many clients choose to continue meeting periodically for ongoing integration coaching. These sessions offer a supportive space to address new challenges, reinforce positive changes, continue parts work, and ensure continuity in your personal development journey.
“When you replace ‘Why is this happening to me?’ with ‘What is this trying to teach me?’, everything shifts.” — Anne Dennish
“Wholeness doesn’t mean perfection; it means embracing brokenness as an integral part of life.” — Parker J. Palmer
