Transformational Breathwork
The breath is an amazing gateway that connects our conscious with our subconscious, as breathing is the only system in our body that is both automatic and also under our conscious control. This means the breath is a tool that’s freely available to us at any time to positively and proactively change our mental, physical and emotional state.
Transformational Breathwork is a profound, active meditation practice that empowers you to access and integrate deep levels of awareness and healing. By engaging in this work, you can transform your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, leading to lasting personal growth and a deeper connection to your true self.
Wisdom Within’s Transformational Breathwork is a form of conscious connected breathwork rooted in the rebirthing lineage. This powerful meditation process involves breathing in a specific, conscious breathing pattern for about an hour to facilitate deep self-exploration and healing. A carefully curated list of songs is played to support the breathing process while the facilitator provides verbal guidance and other assistance, as needed, throughout the experience.
Breathwork can be done individually or in a group, virtually or in-person. One of the most powerful ways to do this work is in-person in a group, as there are tremendous benefits from the transpersonal aspects of the work that can unfold in incredibly beautiful ways. See Breathwork Experience Options below.

the mind can't explain. Listen to
your body; it knows the way."

Virtual
Breathwork can be done individually or in a group, virtually or in-person. It’s usually preferable for your initial breathwork session to be in-person, if possible, as this allows you to become familiar with the process in a more supported and immersive setting. After that, it works quite well to do sessions virtually, and choosing between in-person and virtual sessions depends on your personal preferences and logistical considerations.
Group Breathwork
Community & Connection - Group experiences provide an opportunity to connect with others, fostering a sense of community. The collective energy can amplify the experience, creating a powerful and dynamic atmosphere. Participants often report feeling a sense of shared purpose and unity.

Small Groups - Groups of 3-5 create a setting that is intimate and supportive.
Larger Groups - Groups of up to 15 or more benefit from a strong sense of community and the broad perspectives shared.
Cost-Effective - Groups are generally more affordable than individual sessions.
